We offer our services in an a la carte fashion, as well as packaged options. Each client is unique and we believe that your event should be developed around you. You are able to pick and choose which services are best suited for your needs.

With each package, we provide you quality service so your big day is stress free! After the initial complimentary consultation offered with each package, we work directly with you, and are available by phone or email to discuss details further. Please see our packages below to see the services we offer, and then contact us directly to set-up your consultation.

- Reception Only Coordination -

  • One coordinator for approx. 5-8 hours on wedding day. 
  • Preparation of reception itinerary.
  • Final collection of wedding items approx. 2 week prior to the wedding.
  • Arrange arrival/delivery times of reception vendors.
  • Coordinate with DJ, caterer, and any other vendors to make sure time schedule is adhered to.
  • Confirm reception space is set-up as bride and groom have asked.
  • Handle the issuing of final payments/gratuities to vendors.
  • Coordinate the collection of gifts received, and discuss with whom they will be delivered to.


- Rehearsal, Ceremony, & Reception Coordination -

This package offers the same services as the "Reception Only Coordination" Package, with the addition of:

  • Direction in coordination with the officiate at the rehearsal, with one coordinator for up to 2 hours. 
  • Direction for ceremony and reception, with one coordinator for up to 8 hours, with 2nd coordinator up to 4 hours.
  • Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itineraries.
  • Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set-up for wedding day.
  • Arrange arrival/delivery times of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception vendors.
  • Assist with handing out wedding flowers, and pinning corsages and boutonnieres.
  • Coordinate with wedding party to time procession down the aisle.
  • Work with photographer to make sure all family members are available for appropriate pictures.
  • Confirm ceremony and reception spaces are set-up as bride and groom have asked.


- Month of Wedding Planning Package -

This package offers the same services as the two packages above, with the addition of:

  • Attend the final meetings with bride and groom for event location, photographer, and DJ (up to 4 meetings).
  • Coordinate and interact with all vendors one month prior to wedding to review and coordinate final details.
  • Coordinate with the bride and groom to prepare a song list for both main dances and any other songs they would like incorporated.
  • Work directly with DJ to make sure they have song list and adhere to is as time allows.


- Full Wedding Planning Package -

This packages offers the same services as the three packages above, with the addition of:

  • Attend all meetings with vendors - includes setting up meetings and interviewing potential vendors.
  • Attend the final meetings with bride and groom for all vendors.
  • Coordinate and interact with all vendors during the entire duration of the wedding planning.
  • Create a list of MUST HAVE pictures with the bride and groom to be discussed with the photographer, and have an assistant on hand to be sure these photos are taken on the wedding day.
  • Coordinate with bride and groom on the final day preparations and items needed for the event, such as gifts for attendants, parents, etc.
